<![CDATA[VIN information on individual vehicles]]>Hi, is it possible that the datasets available have VIN information for individual vehicles?

also the NOx ratings are the vehicle's on the dataset individually tested and if not where does the vehicle information such as NOx come from?

You can order vin details for selected vehicles or make requests via API of Vegvesen. Those however require special agreement and are not free.
