The GovTech 4 Impact World Congress (G4I) will take place on 5-7 May 2026 in Madrid, bringing together a global community of leaders committed to transforming the public sector through innovation and technology. Over three days, policymakers, government representatives, entrepreneurs, researchers, and industry experts will gather to exchange ideas, showcase solutions, and discuss how digital tools are reshaping governance and public service delivery.

Through keynote sessions, panel discussions, and networking opportunities, the program emphasises practical insights and real-world applications, encouraging knowledge-sharing and the scaling of impactful solutions across regions. Stefanos Kotoglou, Programme Officer at the European Commission, and Marina Manzoni, EU Policy Officer at the European Commission, will join the G4I sessions to share their expertise and insights on GovTech innovation and the digital transformation of the public sector.

In collaboration with G4I, the GovTech4All Awards will also be presented, recognising outstanding collaborations between public administrations and innovative startups, SMEs, and scaleups that are driving digital transformation. Winning projects will have the opportunity to showcase their work during the congress, gaining visibility and fostering exchange within the global GovTech community.
