The European Commission is hosting a series of GovTech webinars in April-May 2026 aimed at strengthening the European GovTech ecosystem and fostering collaboration between innovative technology providers and public administrations across the EU.
️ As part of the series, this third webinar focuses on Ecosystem Development and Citizen-Centric Services, exploring how GovTech ecosystems can drive innovation while ensuring that public services remain firmly centred on citizens. The session will examine the role of ecosystem partnerships, approaches to actively involve citizens in service design, and the importance of transparency, accessibility, and inclusion in building trust in digital government. It aims to provide a platform for sharing insights and practical experiences on how to create collaborative, inclusive, and trustworthy GovTech environments that deliver meaningful public value.
The webinar will take place on 13 May, h. 14.30-16.00
