[event][name]data.europa academy webinar ‘Open Data Maturity 2022: Diving deeper into the policy dimension’[/name][allday]false[/allday][startDate]1695974400000[/startDate][endDate]1695979800000[/endDate][reminders][][/reminders][location]Webinar[/location][description]Dear open data representatives,

We are happy to invite you to the third webinar in the data.europa academy’s series on the Open Data Maturity (ODM) report 2022, titled: ‘Open Data Maturity 2022: Diving deeper into the policy dimension’. The session will take place online on Friday 29 September 2023 from 10.00 to 11.30 CET.

What is the Open Data Maturity report 2022 and its policy dimension? What are the different national approaches that have been adopted in recent years to enhance this dimension?

The first webinar in the series discussed the key trends and progress of ODM among European countries. The second webinar focused on the ‘quality’ dimension of the report, featuring Slovenia and Ukraine sharing their best practices on the respective dimension. The third webinar highlighted the national approaches from France and Poland towards the national data portals in place and how they enable people to easily find openly available datasets.

This fourth session aims to provide a more in-depth look at the Open Data Maturity report of 2022, by focusing on the policy dimension. This respective dimension considers the open data policies and strategies in place in the EU countries, the national governance models to manage open data and the measures applied to implement those policies and strategies. Countries are scored on the following three indicators: policy framework, governance of open data, and open data implementation.

Would you like to participate? Please register through the following link.

After registration, you will receive an email containing the calendar invite and the ClickMeeting link. Please note that this webinar will be recorded and published in the data.europa academy.

This will be a public webinar, meaning that all open data enthusiasts are invited to join. Feel free to share the registration form within you network.

We hope to see you soon!

    Best regards,
    data.europa.eu team[/description][mandatory]false[/mandatory][/event]
